Embarkation

It was organized and very timely.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Dining staff was amazing! Food was OK., buffet was disorganized and the lines were very long because of it. It took several minutes for the food to be replaced and sometimes it wasn't replaced at all. Guy's Burger was always trying to keep up, instead of having a few burgers ready for a steady line. Pig and Anchor was yummy. The food quality wasn't the same as we have experienced on other ships.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The Spa was wonderful! The pools and slides entertained our Grandbabies, as well as the ropes course and mini golf.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows were good, but not as family friendly as was avertised.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
We had grandchildren in three of the age groups. They went to one or two of the activities and just spent the rest of sea days with our family, which was wonderful. The biggest issue was that our 18 month old grandson (who was 6 months old when we bought the ticket) was only allowed a couple of hours in the kid's club and that was with a parent. Babysitting was for one hour in the evening at a charge, which is understandable, but with having to pay full price for his passage, there was nothing for him to do. The Kids Club told him he could play at the splash pad, then my Son was yelled at for having him at the splash pad. We purchased a small blow-up pool on our first stop and entertained him on deck that way.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As I said in my title, the staff was amazing all the way around except at the buffet. It was the best staff we have had on a cruise!

Cabin / Stateroom

It was nice. Close to the Spa, and activity for family. Too close to the Lido deck and all the noise.

Ship tip

The debarking process was a total joke! Take your luggage and get off ASAP!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
No fault of FT. Lauderdale, but it was raining all four days we were there, so not a lot to do.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
All 11 of us took a taxi around the island. It was beautiful!

Basseterre, St. Kitts

4 out of 5
We took an excursion to one of the beaches.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
Went to the Rain Forest, and the forts on an excursion. Our tour guide was wonderful. The only issue was we only had 6 hours on the island and landed early in the morning.

Grand Turk Island

5 out of 5
We love Grand Turk. Took a taxi to our favorite church and then took the same taxi to Governors Beach to snorkle. Beautiful!!!!

Disembarkation

It was an absolute joke!!! We were suppose to get off the boat at 9:00 AM and didn't get called to get off until 10:45 AM.It was totally disorganized and so many people went down when they weren't suppose to that Customs shut things down for a while. Worst disembarkation ever!!!
