All of the staff was excellent! from embarkation to disembarkation, however there are two exceptional people that made the cruise even better; my Cruise Rep - Carleen and the Cruise Director for the Carnival Magic! Thank you.

The staff ensured my comfort and enjoyment from start to finish. I am 100% in agreement with the method of gratuity/compensation for services rendered. Thank you all for a wonderful time (my first cruise).

I Don't mind paying for service or product(s) but I'm offended when asked to pay for a drink of cold water (at the bar) on a "BLISTERING HOT" day on the beach!
