I chose BJ's and Carnival, both of which I chose wrong. My experience with BJ's before, during and now after are horrible. I heard from other previous passengers not to go near . Carnival Cruise was quite disappointing this time everything we found to be sub par.
Embarkation

The elevator broke in the port of Miami. A great Carnival employee Olivero pushed my 86 year old mom in a wheelchair. Alex the security supervisor ruined our experience even more by trying to berate us. Thank you one again to Carnival emloyees.

Food could have been better. This is the first cruise I was compelled to buy dinners and "Specialty" food.

Could not participate in much, after day 3 everyone started to become ill with colds flu like symptoms. Did participate in Spa which could have been better. Most Spa rooms were cold and only had one steam available.

Performers were good with what they were given. Mostly musical numbers not Broadway or Vegas Style shows of past with nice colorful costumes etc. No mix of shows

Viktor and Adrien in the main deck 3 bar were great to myself and my nephew. Our wait staff at dinner Vingy, Ronnie and Bengi were great.

Magic must have been " thrown together" balcony door handle was broken. balcony floor boards split as you walk out mom had to be super careful we had to help her jump over. Slow drains in bathroom both sink and shower. Mirrors warped, TV remote didn't work properly. Nephew napped in out=r cabin because 8250 had no air-conditioning. Jose finally got through to Giberto to leave a fan for my nephew. Two calls, fan on Thursday!
