We’ve done 3 before this one and overall the Majic was just okay. I was always looking for more activities to do. Staff was excellent.

I did not think there was a much to do as on prior trips. The activities that I did and ones that I passed by as they were going on seemed to have a good crowd and people were enjoying them.

They do try to always sell you something, but the staff is very nice and do a great job.

The staff on the Majic were great. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience.
Ship Quality

The ship is designed pretty much the same as other Carnival ships and was maintained well. It does show age, but the crew try hard to keep things looking good.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin and hallway outside smelled really musty. Not extremely happy that the ship was full so we could not move to another room.
Ship tip
The casino bar tenders are really good, if you are okay hanging out there, they are the best on the ship.
We did not do an excursion. I think if you want a great experience at this port, the best bet is to do an excursion. Otherwise, not much to do and they are pretty pushy to sell you something or something to do. It also has a pretty long tender ride.
