Review summary

We would sail again. We didn't make all our ports of call due to weather so I think our trip should have been discounted.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Had a scheduled arrival time but it didn't matter. Whoever showed up got through the gates which meant I had to wait to board for a almost 2 hours with 2 very small children. There was no seating available while we were waiting and we had to sit on the floor.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food no matter where we ate on the ship was amazing!

Onboard Activities

The shows were great and there was plenty to do while at sea.

Children's Programs

My kids only used the service once. It was super safe and secure, I definitely felt comfortable leaving them at camp ocean. At meal times they even take your kids to meals! Because I had a 2 year old they gave me a portable phone to take with me in case they need something urgently.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward was amazing! All the staff address you by name and were service oriented

Cabin / Stateroom

The room was surprisingly spacious. The window was large. We had 2 adults and one child in our room and it was comfortable.

Ship tip

Buy some bottled water to have in your room.

Did you make a complaint to guest services? If not, call Carnival be polite and express your disappointment. They may offer you a discount for you next cruise or make some other gesture. Most times if you speak with Guests Services they will give you an onboard credit🛳🛳 I hope this helps🛳🛳

No POC is guaranteed!

You get your port fees back. Read your contract, changes can, and often do happen.

Yes that would be nice, but they don’t do that. When you book your cruise it’s for however long on the ship. The ship doesn’t have to stop at any port.
