Review summary

I planned a family cruise for my mom’s 80th birthday, 2 days before the cruise she was in a car accident and could not travel. She told us to go and she would be fine. Much to our surprise the cabin we paid for mom was occupied by another family for the entire cruise. I called and wrote to to Carnival to tell them that It wasn’t right that they were getting paid twice for the same cabin. They told me there was nothing they could do where I didn’t have insurance and it was too late to cancel. Shame on Carnival. Have some corporate responsibility and don’t take advantage of my Family’s misfortune. You should reimburse me the money I paid for the cabin where you were able to sell it to someone else . Shame on you ! Let’s get them where it hurts and cruise with someone else , not Carnival !
