Review summary
We were very excited about this cruise. UNTIL
Room steward did not put forms in our room for morning room service.
He was ok, but not what I had become use to from Carnival.
Food was the same every day did not seem to have a variety.
Dining room staff however were great.
2 Drink packages were purchased, when in the Casino had to wait two nights in a row for over an hour to get one drink. This was just not right. We were told that they do not have enough waiters and they said sorry. Them having enough waiters is not my problem. They offered to give a free drink, WE HAD THE DRINK PACKAGE. There was not one day that the 15 drink max was used.,
I was in a wheel chair and I was passed to three different people and at one point asked to get up to let someone else use the chair to disembark. I CAN NOT WALK.
Grandchildren loved the childrens program. Thank goodness.
I will be calling my travel agent and Carnival when I get home on the 29th of May

If you do not drink a lot do not purchase the drink package. I would definitely not put more than 2 or 3 in one room.
