Great Dancing

Sail Date: January 24, 2016

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

My husband and I now go on cruises to dance and on this cruise we just loved the opportunity to do our ballroom dancing every night.  There was ample opportunity to dance before and after dinner and even after the main shows.  We especially enjoyed dancing to the music of Sweet 2 and with the group Best Sellers.  We judged the cruise higher than we might have because the dancing opportunities were so abundant.

However, the noise in our room at 4 AM every morning woke us up.  After we complained many times, we were told our room was under the kitchen and there was a shift change at 4 AM.  The cooks were hard at work and there was nothing the cruise line could do about the noise.  They did try to compensate us in other ways, but we came home tired and exhausted from lack of sleep.  Do not book room 2405 unless noise does not bother you!

Cabin / Stateroom
Loud noises at 4 AM every morning of our cruise ruined our sleep. They could not move us because the ship was full. Do not book a room under the kitchen.

The cabin itself was nice.
