Review summary

I have traveled before to a couple of these destinations but I was excited to have fun on board and from all the hoopla about the onboard employees I was expecting a good time.  First I love Karaoke, we went to karaoke and first of all  Brick House, that's what his name was you can tell he didn't want to be there that was pretty obvious. It was late starting because he was to busy with a female to whom was all up on him even helping him wind up the karaoke cords and of course while singers were singing he walked away from the machine to chit chat with the female to whom was obvious was there only for him, he was hanging all over her and I do believe he was rude to a female who brought up 2 songs and he stated " Which one do you want" then he tossed the other in the trash and he kept screwing up everyone's song He was not professional at nothing he did except be on the hunt for females and rude to others.   Then we have the cabin cleaners,  you lay something down in your room (muffin) saving it and had it covered up they tossed out our snack for the evening.  The people working in the buffets didn't even give you time to finish you dinner before trying to take our plates from us.  When it was time to leave I was one deck 2 and we were told to wait on decks 5=10-11 which we did we waited and waited then finally I look over the edge seen them leaving the ship then finally heard them say decks 1 and 2  leave we waited for over 45 minutes for a elevator they stayed full and I know for a fact that there was not all from deck 1 and 2  after waiting a lady was in such a hurry she rang over my suite case and broke the handle and then was rude too  but after about a hour trying to get to the disembarking area it was so full ( Brickhouse) was there too telling people 1 and 2 only and allowing everyone to go and a few people in front of me stated well i'm on 3 so close enough he allowed everyone to get go.  While in the line there was the lady who did bingo there checking every few people seeing then telling them well your on deck 4 but i'll allow you to go she was allowing everyone to go when there should have been someone checking to see that only 1 and 2 were going off.   It was a very long disembarking and not organized at all.  You would thing they would tell everyone to stay in there room and call them one floor at a time so that it would be org.  but I believe or I felt that "Carnival"  was more in a hurry to get the next 3500 people on board .   This was my first and more likely my last cruise and for what I paid over 1800 that we would have at least enjoyed some parts of this cruise.  Ports were ok and our leaving the ship was fun even if it was only a few hours

Ship tip

Get up early to get out , when disembarking no matter what level your on i'd leave because the wait on the elevator was so long my legs were hurting and I had surgery last year on them so it didn't help waiting that long just for a ride from 10th floor to the 3rd floor

I am over hearing people complain about the debarkation process. So many annoying and unnecessary details! Thank you for not cruising again - I'd hate to suffer through another pointless review.

Then you must not have seen what I did.. I  am honest about what I seen and will stand by it.  Not all staff was hideous but a few were.  I enjoyed the morning wake up  " good morning I said a good morning" every morning  but I hope no one every had to see what myself and a few others did  and I pray everyone will have a much better experience than myself and my party

Been on the magic 5 times never seen anything you just said. Staff does not act that way ever.

We hung out on deck ten. Had breakfast. And waited as long as possible. We know to avoid the long lines. We were some of the last people off the ship. No waiting to get off ship. We disembarked about 10:40 am. 'Twas nice :)

you followed directions and sounds like other people didn't the old saying You Can't Fix Stupid if everyone did half of what they were asked it would help but it's like driving and they close one lane and they run up and crowd in and slow the hole process down everybody is in such a hurry it's not even Halloween and Christmas stuff is out
