Review summary
We are first-time cruisers and really had a great time! We will definitely be back. Overall, the service we received from most members of the ship's crew was amazing. The ship itself is amazing. There was never a time when we didn't have something fun to do on the ship. The food and food service is really really great. We loved the room service food, the buffet stations, and the sit down diners. But, there were a few problems, which resulted in only a 4 star review. But, we realize no one is perfect, and didn't let this affect how much fun we had. The problems that we experienced included: 1) our room was a bit dirty, when we arrived, so we just cleaned it ourselves with clean wipes (e.g. the countertops, phone, balcony door, etc were dirty). 2) our stateroom person never introduced himself and never checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We always had to call on him, if we needed anything. But, when we did call on him, he responded promptly. 3) One of the bartenders was pretty rude. But, out of about 1,000 employees, there's bound to be people like this. And, I just didn't use him again. 4) the service in the sit down diners was pretty slow, on a couple of occasions, but they really were extremely busy and they were doing their best. I never once saw anyone slacking off. In summary, it was better than I could have ever imagined, and we will definitely be cruising again, soon!
