Vegetarian options are at every eatery, but true vegan offerings are hard to come by because many vegetable based dishes have animal kingdom by products in their preparation. Even the hidden Indian Menu (family style) has many items made with honey or dairy ingredients.

There are lots of choices on the buffet. They do have vegan dishes in the dining room. The ones I tried were not fantastic. That's just me though.
