Both are right behind the Bridge on the Veranda deck, so outside will have an obstructed forward view. 3201 is a standard balcony configuration, but 8203 has an interior connecting door to 8207. Video and photos of the cabins can be Googled and are pretty much the same on any Dream Class ship.
