San Juan is very safe and walkable. It’s not a beach port imo. Amber cove has a beach that can be see from the ship. It looks super close to the port but it actually takes about 20 minutes to walk there. If you stay around this area from my experience it’s friendly and safe. Grand Turk has one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. Walk off the ship down the pier and turn left..
