i used one a few years ago and it worked out amazing. i do suggest you go to the forward or aft elevators as they are not usually as crowded. The only issue i had was people often didnt see me as they were looking straight ahead so drive defensively and enjoy your cruise! I parked it in front of the couch and had them take out the table.

you should definitely be able to get around easily. there were many people using motorized scooters on our sailing and they didn't have any issues. same with getting on and off at Aruba. if you have an excursion, I can't help with that but if not, there are taxis right at the port and shopping within a very short distance.

Yes. I've been on the Magic 3 times and there are always people on motorized scooters on the ship.
