If you are at all sensitive to changes in soap or shampoo bring your own. The provided jell in the shower is ok but I much prefer bringing my own. I will always bring my own shampoo though. That’s personal preference.

Cruise ships supply the same kinds of things hotels do. So if you’re happy with hotel supplies, the ships will be fine.

Carnival provides standard generic body wash, 2 in 1 shampoo, and hand soap. Not the greatest quality so I suggest bringing a good quality conditioner and whole body moisturizer. On ship's w/ the Cloud 9 spa, Spa level cabins get better toiletries as part of their special perks.

I would bring your own. We also bring hand pump soap bc the bar soap can get nasty.

They do have shampoo and body wash in dispensers in the shower, but I brought my own. Also, they do not have lotion in the rooms.

if you use good quality shampoo and conditioner at home, bring your own.. conditioner is not offered but shampoo ans body wash is... the shampoo absolutely dried my hair out horribly
