Guest services contacted me to make sure I was fine after a fall in the casino

Guest Services was always helpful. Can't remember the nane of the two guys who mostly helped us but, they were awesome. I know for sure that one of them was from Zimbabwe and the other was possibly from Ghana. If you know who they are, please thank them for their kindness and expertise.

The people working these areas deal with everyone's problems. They kept a positive attitude through and through. We had great service and resolution.

Worst ever! Exact word “you are lucky we could even let you sleep somewhere else, you could have had to wait in your cabin” that was being doused in water from a malfunctioning sprinkler

We had FTTF and someone was right there to answer any questions even when the other line was busy.

Answered all question with a curtesy and a smile

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable

Guest services did not seem to care that our a/c did not work in our room the first 4 days of the cruise. The employees were not very friendly and when you finally made your way to the desk they acted as if you were bothering them.
