Disappointed- last minute change in ships, replacement ship was not fully prepared for sailing, and port canceled due to "high waves" at port when other ship successfully docked. 😠

First, post pandemic cruise. Disappointment because of last minute changes in ship, replacement was smaller than original booked ship, and ship was not up to standards I am accustomed.

Traveled with 2 year old. Was able to register child for children's club pre-board but was told that program was not available to this age group when boarded the ship.

Service and Staff

Waiters were good some were not. Not a cohesive group working together. They combined staff from multiple ships and the staff did not work well together. Not sure if they have some type of allegiance to there own ship and crew but no harmony.

Ship Quality

Common areas were not clean and standard accomplished. The glass around Jacuzzis were not clean and clear. They did a lot of work to make better while we were onboard but should have been done prior to our voyage.

Thoroughly disappointed in the captain 's decision not to dock when other ships had docked. This was the main port that I was looking forward to visit and the reason for selecting this itinerary.
