Review summary

Don’t hook flights with the hopes of disembarking early. It’s not going to happen. For the most part we loved our cruise. We’ve already booked another but, with a different cruise line. While this lives up to its name the fun ship, we prefer a little more relaxing vacation. If we had our teenage son with us, a carnival cruise would be perfect.

Old man that couldn’t understand that my husband uses his first and middle names. He wasn’t going to let him embark because of this.

There has to be a better way! Apart from the muster drill this was the part of our cruise.

We sailed Carnival twice with our kids for price and family fun, but we sail Norwegian when just the two of us. We want to try Princess and Celebrity.

We booked a late flight and didn’t miss it. I’m just saying for anyone that’s first time cruisers like we were.

We always book after 1 PM just to be sure.

Yep you never know what delays you could face- always best to book a flight in the late afternoon/early evening and never fly in the day of your cruise either- flights are cancelled and delayed all the time.

That's why the cruiselines provide a guideline for flights.
