Pools and hot tubs crowded with young children even well after 10pm. Adult only retreat only had 1 working hot tub.

Very little knowledge about food allergies. Asked bartenders to wash hands due to severe pineapple allergy and I felt like I was being an inconvenience . Broken washers, waited 1 plus hour for housekeeping supervisor.

We were on first deck and the whole floor smelled like sewer the whole cruise. Reported to guest services several times.

This review is not necessarily fake I work in the hotel industry for one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world we have a name for guest like this we call them fussy guest because no matter how hard you try all they can do is fuss about everything and fussy guests sounds better then major pain in the ass some people are so negative they get delusional and start to believe far out things just make themselves think they are having a bad time
