Review summary

This was a good cruise for a quick get away,however we will not cruise on Liberty again due to the type of crowd it draws and the low maintenance of the ship...we will continue to cruise with Carnival but not this ship or shirt cruises to Bahamas.

We had FTTF and it was super fast,on ship by 11:15am!

Food and Dining

Dining room food was excellent! Guys burgers and Blue Iguana great, BBQ great. The buffet was hit and miss. Would have liked a better dessert section at night on buffet.

Onboard Activities

Most activities are geared toward sales on board the ship. A lot of fun shop events etc... We did not use pools but enjoyed Dive in movies.

Entertainment

The talent lacked in shows. However we did like the Hot brass band in lobby,they were fun!

Service and Staff

Our room steward Dewa...was Awesome!! Greeted us by name,very attentive! Some of the crew were very nice and others did not look like wanted to be there. But overall not a bad crew!

Ship Quality

We did notice the ship is not well maintained and its showing its age. We have been on older ships that were better maintained. Loved the decor of the ship. Also smelled septic or grey water smell in different parts of ship,we have not noticed this on other ships before.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had an interior cabin on deck 8 Aft. It was clean and adequate for this shirt cruise.

Ship tip

If you need to get away from the noise and want a quiet place go up to Serenuty area or off on a side deck on deck 3. Great places to read a book and relax!

We went on a tour with Tyrones tours...it was nice,got to see some landmarks and at a bargain price. We went to rum cake factory, rum distillery,chocolate factory,queens staircase and Atlantis.

We just shopped the port and got back on ship. There were limited excursions due to damage from hurricane.

To Frogboo95.. I NEVER mentioned ANYTHING about RAce in my review,you are right ,it has NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE.. there are RUDE and OBNOXIOUS People in ALL Races ! I do not appreciate be judged because you don't like my review. You clearly baited me with your last comment,just to start something! I am allowed to state my opinion on here just like everyone else,if I found guests to be rude and obnoxious on this cruise it is my personal opinion, just like you obviously have a supposed opinion about me. I did not post this review to argue or be attacked because of my opinion. We all have opinions,if you don't like mine move on and concentrate your so called positive attitude elsewhere. You have a great day too dear.

We have cruised from all 5 ports in Florida... We have cruised on a tiny cheaper cruise to a 2 inaugural year Cruises on both Carnival and Norwegian Mega Ships... Jack Asses are on every Cruise... and it has NOTHING to do with Race... It is who they are... But... My Brude and I will always say... on all our Cruises, we have met some of the Kindest, Sweetest and Friendliest people we have ever met... I love to sail... As a Navy Veteran, and Son of two Parents both in the Navy as well as my Grandfather... I guess it's in my DNA... Don't let a few Butt Holes ruin a Cruise for You... For every Butt Hole, there are 25 wonderful people... Anchors Aweigh my Friends... and Remember... a Bad day on a Cruise, is better than a Good day a work... Peace a d May God Bless You all!

To explain exactly what I mean when I say "Did not like the crowd it brings" , I first hand experienced very rude and obnoxious guests,leaving their trash all over the floor for crew to take care of, rude people cutting in line to grab a whole plate full of one item they forgot in the buffet line ( I don't mind someone forgetting an item and needing to go back and get it,but just be polite and ask or at least say excuse me). Also parents leaving kids in a hot tub up on pool deck screaming there heads off and running around while people were trying to watch a movie. I guess we have been lucky enough on other Carnival cruises to not see as much of these kind of behaviors. I'm not here to argue ,this is my honest opinion, we all have our own opinions. Maybe some or all this kind of behavior does not bother others. To each his own.❤

I understand what you mean , We don’t cruise out of Miami anymore because of the “ ghetto” crowds we haven’t experienced this from Cape Canaveral or Tampa but every time we cruise from Miami the boat is filled with loud obnoxious, trashy people and all that is played on the ship is hip hop just not our idea of fun

Everyone has likes and dislikes, never been on a ship where I judged the crowd as everyone seems to have a great time.

What kind of "Crowd" are You speaking of? We've never judged other People, so please tell us what to look for... Perhaps we could learn.
