Review summary

I was very happy about the cruise overall. The food was great and it was always something to do or you could just stay in the room and relax. I was not, however, happy about having to pay $17 a day to park my vehicle. We had to pay $85 just for parking. That was too extreme. So please be prepared to pay that amount or find alternate parking. I will be cruising again. Loved everything about it!!

Don't worry about getting cruise cash. You can just add cash when you get there and you can get it back at the end instead of waiting for a check to be mailed to you.

The closet beach was really that great as far as appearance. However, the locals were GREAT! Very nice and hospitable. It started raining and one lady let us wait in her drink hut until the rain stopped. She came over and introduced herself to us and I thought that was nice.

I'll take the parking fees over having to fly in to port any day. If you drive, just accept the fact that you will have to pay to park. But there are some cheaper ways to do it.

Lots of Honor is a park and shuttle we use. Around $8/day.I agree, $17/day is pretty hefty...Id rather spend that money on the cruise.

We use go Port Canaveral. We paid 99 for 8 days motel and shuttle for 3 people

I think $17 a day is a small price to pay for the comfort, security, and peace of mind to park in the port parking garage. We were parked at the port garage during hurricane Matthew, and not a scratch on our car, even though the port had damage and had been closed for a day... we were 6 hrs late pulling back in... but to me its not worth saving $50 to have to deal with the shuttle lots. Imho

We park offsite in Port Canaveral ! Drop off your luggage then run your car over

The cruise line doesn’t control parking. We never park at the port. We use Lots of Honor, much cheaper and very friendly
