My family & I had a great experience during our recent trip to the Bahamas. Aside from the fact that my luggage arrived to my room abnormally late (the wife, kids & mother-in-law all received theirs on time, but I didn't), everything was great!!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The only time we dined in one of the restaurants, was during the Captain's Dinner. Other than that we all just ate whenever we got hungry. Either way, we all enjoyed the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner)... no complaints on our end!!
Now as far as the drinks, my wife & I enjoyed a few cocktails from the bar. Her drink of choice was the Mudslide, while I enjoyed the Grand Marnier. It was great
Onboard Activities

There were many activities that my family & I enjoyed while on board. One of the most memorable being the deck party/hairy chest contest at the beginning of the cruise. I don't know what was funnier, the contest, or my wife's face when they called her out to be a judge. Either way, it was a great time all around!!
Entertainment

Between the shows, live music, on-deck movies and everything else, there was no shortage of great entertainment!! Everything was just wonderful. No complaints at all...
Service and Staff

Our Room Steward Abdullah was great. He was a hard-working young man who was just a pleasure to be around. Our waiter/server during the Captain's Dinner, Kittichun (from Thailand, I believe), was also great. He was friendly, funny and very attentive. My family really enjoyed him!!
But the most noteworthy of all, was our Guest Services Rep., Claudia Niemietz (from South Africa). She was beyond AMAZING!! She was warm/friendly, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to be around. My wife and I really enjoyed dealing with her!! She went above and beyond to assist my family with any/all of our concerns. She even went the extra mile by giving my wife and I a complimentary drink voucher!! Her customer service is extraordinary!! In my/our opinion, she was definitely the highlight of our experience aboard your ship. My family and I just loved her. CLAUDIA NIEMIETZ ROCKS!!

Everything was great!! The ship was clean, the layout was really nice, and everything was wonderful... no complaints on this end!! Keep up the great work guys!!
Cabin / Stateroom

Despite the fact that we barely slept in the rooms (due to enjoying the many activities aboard the ship), everything was just wonderful...
Ship tip
The only advice I can give anyone preparing to sail on the Carnival Liberty, is to gets lots of sleep beforehand, because there's going to be a million things to do when you get there...
It was okay. My wife and I just walked around the port for a while & did a bit of browsing. We did, however, stop by a restaurant called Fat Tuesday's and have a couple of pina coladas. It wasn't bad at all...
We stopped by the buffet so the kids could get a quick breakfast before we disembarked. And the staff really assisted us with getting my mother-in-law situated (she needed wheelchair assistance), so our disembarkation was pretty smooth... no complaints!!
