Review summary

Big let down. Nothing interesting on the entertainment. It was an off week for the ship. Was ran around when we asked for places to be. Sent us several times on wild goose chases. Cheap Cruises . Com mislead me on $50 credit I did not receive on ship. Also was told that my gratuities were already paid not to be concerned. Well I paid them on the ship. Not at all what I was told. My daughter , nephew and two friends were sailing as I covered the cost. And it got costly too. But it's a right. I first will check out who books my ship!! Thanks for charging me outrageous price for such cheap Cruise....

You can have them remove gratuities and then pay what you like

A lot of people including the cruise lines will try to scare you with being left behind stories and if you want to go through the cruise lines it's fine. You will pay more, you will be crowded and you can't personalize. There are tons of reputable 3rd party companies that are completely reliable. There is no wrong way. Just your preference.

NEVER book thru a 3rd Party. call Carnival and ask for a Personal Vacation Planner....no cost to you and its much better to have one person that you communicate with for every trip
