Review summary

The service was great! Everyone was very professional and attention to detail. The only thing I feel need to be change; do not ask your passengers what time they would like to board the ship...if you going to have them to sit and wait for an hour.

They ask when you want to check in not board. Boarding time is a variable, there is no exact time for boarding. They board wedding parties first, diamond, platinum, suites and fttf in that order.
