Review summary

HORRIBLE Mattress! Uncomfortable sofa in balcony canin, with no comfortable seating. Or sleeping!

Main dining waiter had 45 people to serve, so we repeatedly got cold food

They no longer have live shows every night

Quality of food is no longer there, more premade foods. Now they charge, high rates even, for menu items they used to offer!

Dining experience is equal to chain restaurants like Chilis. No longer treated like royalty

Not excited to do this one again!

First of all, it's a cruise. You shouldn't be concerned about your damn mattress. You're on VACATION. Second of all, the keyword in your second complaint was 45 PEOPLE TO SERVE. Be a little more understanding. You sound like a spoiled brat who finds the negative in everything

Also, liberty is dry docking and it sounds like they are going to change out mattresses

Complaints are welcome but at least explain in full detail. If you can't explain then don't complain. And in all seriousness, complaining about no lobster is kinda petty. Mattresses are different for everyone. I pay attention to reviews regarding the ports and destination excursions. If they are consistent with other reviews, that's great! Good or bad. Customer service is taken how its taken by the customer. And so far, I haven't seen any customer service complains that are consistent with other complaints. And I was told by a complainer to "shut the hell up" which usually tells me how that person truly is as far as their personality goes. Opinions are like heads, everyone has one!

Speaking for myself, I'm not trying to be whiney or a "Debbie Downer" but give my honest opinion about my experience. This app has great potential to be a place where people can look for cruising tips but if people are only allowed to give positive reviews or risk being shamed and bullied then we'll have to look elsewhere for information. Dishonest reviews, in either direction, is just propaganda.

See, mattresses totally depend on the persons preference. They can't please everyone, sadly, whebit comes to that. Just like hotels. We live the Goldie Locks life when it comes to that.

I was on Liberty two weeks ago and had a horribly hard bed in my balcony cabin, too. It was so bad that my husband had to massage my back every morning just so I could walk to the bathroom. We had a king sized bed (which was actually two twins pushed together) and my husband's side was a little softer. He sweetly gave it to me so that our vacation wouldn't be ruined.

I just went on the liberty last month. Mattress was comfy, pillows super soft. Dining was great! Food was way too hot on most nights we had to wait for it to cool. Maybe cruising with carnival just isn't for you.
