Review summary

Our first room was one level above a very loud bar. We went to customer service and complained, 2 days later we were told there was another room we could move to. This room was one level below the swimming pool. We heard running water all night at 2:30 am my boyfriend called and very nicely said this room was worse than the first room and we would much rather hear loud music until 12:00 than running water all night. Someone came at that time and listened to the noise. When we got back from our day out we had a message that said we could have our old room to sleep in and the one we were in, as well. We did receive at $82. discount each.

The buffet food was not very good and always the same. We were not very impressed.

I have been on six other cruises with Holland America and Princess Cruises. We would probably not go on another cruise with Carnival again.

We were right above a very loud bar. Then moved to another room 2 DAYS later that we were told "We would never put you in another noisy room" BUT it was right below the pool and we heard running water ALL night.
