Review summary
First thing is carnival does not enforce the dress code for Dinner seating, The table we sat there were people that looked like they were homeless. Our waiters at our dinner table got our orders wrong just about every night. Also at the pool, they were not enforcing the lounger policy, there was people going very early in the morning and putting personal items on the loungers and then going away for hours.
