Review summary
I absolutely loved the cruise, and I would do it again; However, there were some things I would want to be different.
In celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary, we decided to take our kids with us, so paying for 5 on a cruise was really beyond our budget. Since we were already stretched beyond our limit, we were not able to afford the excursions.
Half moon cay was great fun for snorkeling, sun-bathing, walking around and a little shopping.
Outside of costly excursions, Nassau and Freeport were only good for shopping. We did pay to take a taxi to Paradise Cove to snorkel, because the only other thing to do in the industrial town was shop.
We were warned about thieves in Freeport, especially with iPhones and cameras, so we were advised to not take those items. Its a shame that as a tourist, it isnt safe to take a camera. Perhaps another port would have been better.
The evening food service and food was really good, but not quite the quality of Royal Caribbean.
LOVED the "Fast to the Fun" and would absolutely do it again. Well worth it.
Wish also there were more things to do for older teens (16 - 20) which weren't the "club" setting. Also, not many activities for adults other than the club/bar atmosphere.
We had two rooms, 1 interior and 1 balcony. Both were fantastic.
