Service and cleanliness

The service was not as expected

On one occasion the deck attendant was on a cell phone and asked me to hold on.

We did not know our dining room servers name till the third day. He did not clean table between dinnier and dessert, even after reqeusted

This is one of several items.

On cleanliness

Our stateroom was cleanede daily but only the obvious.

The floors in the bathroom were not cleaned once while we were there. The complemintary tooth paste and mouth wash was not there this time!

The trim bas and corners looked liked they had not been cleaned in years

On the lido deck the window sills looked like they had not been cleaned in years.

Kinda disappointing. Think we may try another cruise line next time. Not sure.
