Q: In today's modern times where we all seem to travel with electronics. Phones, iPads, kindles. Cameras that need recharging. I was just curious what you do or use on cruise ships with the one plug?

A: We use a powerstrip. It's proven the easiest to pack and manage. I don't want to experiment with the power pads. The strip works just fine. Make sure it's relatively new. If it looks old, it may be taken from you. Oh, and for some reason, it can't be... an over current protected strip. Check Carnivals FAQs on that one. I don't know the reasoning for it.See More

A: Yes, a maximum of 12 sealed cans are allowed to be brought on the ship. Bottles aren't allowed.

A: Carnival is the only ship that demands cans, not bottles.
