De and his team made dinners phenomenal. He was so kind and funny, our group always looked forward to dinner to see him again. Overall, the food was really good for being cooked on a boat. I particularly enjoyed the pizza station and deli.

The water slides were really cool but they were often closed due to wind. The pools were a bit crowded but still refreshing.

I loved the comedy shows and theater performances. Dillon’s voice and energy was infectious! The only show I didn’t like was the Brits. Mike Delamont was my favorite comedian!

Shoutout to De and Iputu. They remembered our names after the first day and provided exceptional service. One day we had to call Iputu because he forgot to replace our towels and he was there before we even hung up the phone!

Loved that they vacuumed every day and left cute towel animals on the bed. The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the fact that my “queen” bed was two twin beds pushed together and I often feel into the crack while sleeping.
My excursion with the dolphins was amazing and I highly recommend. But Freeport itself is very run down and lots of people trying to force sell you the same souvenirs. I also didn’t know that most vendors only take cash here and do not take Discover. Would have liked a heads-up before getting off the boat.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Glad you enjoyed your cruise. Agree that crack in the bed can be frustrating, but there really isn’t a good option to be able to accommodate all the possibilities for passengers.
