Review summary

Just didn’t enjoy this cruise as much as I normally do. I was on the Legend last year and had a much better experience The customer service was not as good overall

The parking experience for embarking was really, really slow. I have traveled from this port many times and have never experienced such a long wait. One of the problems is that they only had 2 cashiers handling the parking. Once we were parked, everything else went along smoothly and fast.

This time, the food was not that good. Everything seemed under seasoned. However, the food in the steakhouse was good and I had the opportunity to go there twice.

First time that I was unable to go to a comedy show a couple of times. The lounge for the comedy show is entirely too small for the demand. Even when I thought I was getting there early enough, it was too late. I can’t help but wonder why the main theater wasn’t used particularly when it was obvious that the theater was available

I had several negative “firsts” on this cruise. This was the first time that I had a really bad cabin attendant. Without going into detail, let’s just say he didn’t seem committed to providing good service at all. Our neighbors felt the same way.

Most cabin stewards are really great. I am sure Carnival will find your review of him/her helpful for the future. So sorry to hear it was not good service.
