Review summary

Pooja and Ariel in the dining hall took great care of my super picky eater sons. They really made us feel like our boys would get a solid meal they could enjoy each night. Daniel in housekeeping was always polite and had a smile on his face. And the lady that worked in the coffee shop by folies took special care and attention with my youngest son.

Super quick to get on and through security. No complaints. Passport official was super nice and patient.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Every thing was delicious. Of course I would love the buffets to be always open but I understand the changes due to the economy and state of the world.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was so much to do we couldn't do it all!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I did not feel the ratings were accurate for children's viewing and therefore did not visit the shows unless they were clearly titled and familiar.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My kids were well taken care of. I was so happy with all the entertainment and activities available for the children.

Service and Staff

We did the Atlantis trip which was amazing and the experience could not be topped.

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
The beach day was amazing, especially loved that the ship did an on island BBQ for us and we didnt have to spend extra money on food and drink.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

Our snorkeling excursion was cancelled last minute which I understood but was still disappointing. We were talked in to a replacement excursion at Pirates Cove which was a complete waste of money. I feel we should not have been charged as the the weather conditions did not permit any activities at Pirates Cove and there were no transports back until the scheduled time.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Took a long time but went as expected knowing that people would try and cheat the system in place.
