we had no A/C I kept call them about it and they try to fix it all they want to do is give us a credit for drink and we did not want it

In addition, Social Media: For the most part, both the primary Facebook and Twitter feeds are promotional rather than customer service-driven: Facebook and Twitter. Not sure who you have been "trying to call for weeks" but I doubt whoever it is, does not monitor reviews. Strongly suggest you remove your phone number although it is probably to late for that, like shutting the barn door after the cow got out.
