Review summary

Our weather was pretty good for most of the trip. All in all it wasn’t a bad trip. I would have to say it fell within the five trips I didn’t really enjoy

Pretty quick process. It appeared to me that the verifly app was in the early stages and they didn’t seem to use my uploaded info. They didn’t even look at it

Ship experiences

I found that the food was warm at best. We only ate in the main dining room half the nights.

Service and Staff

Our state room attendant always did a good job! I just found that a lot of the other ships had better service in the dining room and throughout the ship. Last month we were on the horizon and it was night and day

Ship Quality

I love the design of the ships. They’re so easy to get around and navigate. But I did find that the ship was quite worn. I understand when a ship is 20 years old it’s gonna show wear and tear, and I expect that. Probably my worst complaint would be the mould in the steam room and the whole week that I was on the ship it was never cleaned once

Ship tip

These ships are a little bit rocker in rough water. So be sure to bring motion sickness medication

Ports of call

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

Unless you’re doing an excursion there’s not much to do at the port. They have a small straw market right there with some shops that’s about it

I like Baltimore port because it’s close enough for us to drive to. I think it was a very quick process getting on the ship they always do a good job there

Very fast. I think the only complaint I might have is that because there was so many platinum and diamond members on this cruise they had nowhere for us to sit until they allowed us off
