So we were 27 years married and birthday celebration told us we had stuff set up and it was nothing. My husband asked and called 3 times to confirm. Nothing very enjoyable happened. All the excuses were because of covid. Very sad

So in the middle of the week they were running out of things. Paid for ch÷rs package and 3 types of drinks they ran out of by Wednesday. Then we came back from excursion and was hungry the only thing open was pizza. This was 1:30 pm nothing to eat and if I stood in the line it would of been dinner time. There was no captain diner stuff and the portions were super tiny and mostly not appealing. I was so disappointed. We did go to the statehouse on tenth floor 2 times to get a good meal. But we had to pay out of pocket. They only had 1 person on coffee bar so it took forever to get anything. When you pay a lot for a cheers package you want what you want. No excuses. Oh and if you went to customer service. Covid covid covid. No if we have to pay and jump through all the processes then I don't want to hear this as an excuse. We waited a long time and I'm letting you know it was not a good vacation at all.

The pool and whirl pool you could not ever get into or enjoy to many kids and no monitoring. Needed more daytime entertainment and activities because sometimes you just want some quite time in your room when you can. But pray nothing went wrong with the room because there was no were to move you. The heat did not work very good. Did not say anything because again. The customers service desk was very rude

So Ed Carr played alot loved him and the violins were wonderful. Loved seeing them. The brits was a great show but that's about it, was kinda sad not being able to get to the comedian shows but I feel they need more daytime stuff too.

Room service 100 great job but the other services you felt rushed and not noticed. Very disappointing just sad I have cruised before and a total 190 to the worst.

Our cabin was cleaned everyday and our steward was the best. No complaints at all.
Ship tip
Do not spend money on the spa. It was a huge money Graber. The seaweed package was the only good thing that happened. But I also got 2 other packages the acupuncture and the skin tightens, those both were not very good and very disappointing
