Do not complain about staff to guest service I’ve been on the other side not on a ship but a hotel had a complaint filed on me it really screws up your whole world have a little comparison they may be having a bad day or week no need to make it worse

I see lots of complaints about staff being rude. We have never experienced this in 19 previous cruises. Are expectations too high? Is there are cultural difference where the staff are from a different country and what is normal there may be considered rude to someone else?
