Review summary

Carnival has lost a Platinum Customer. They need to learn that if they don't take care of their customers, there won't be any. Cancelled our Marti Gras cruise for the fall of 2020. Cutting back on Services is not going to keep us coming back. Sometimes it's not all about the bottom line. Now... your all about the environment... It's all about the money to the share holders.

Extended Balcony was well worth the price increase. Refrigerator did not work at all... Didn't have a replacement. Cut back on stewards... 4 per floor. Had to ask for Robes. Blue towels had to be placed in shower floor in order to get new clean ones.

Ship tip

Don't... Fly over... Do the Island hop then fly home. 10 days at sea is not much fun.

Platinum members on every cruise line are self entitled babies who want shit for free. They think they can cut right in line in front of you. Taught a few of these snowflakes a lesson on a couple cruises. Oops did I just trip you. Get over it

Interesting how people can experience the same ship so differently. Someone else posted a cruise from November and raved about the food, ship and service. I guess it has to do with expectations and attitude.

It's a shame you have that mindset. The business environment has changed from 20 years ago. Bathrobes/towels: it takes a lot of energy and water to clean bathrobes for the entire ship each sailing. They are a loyalty perk (Platinum) on RC so you won't get them if you switch lines. It is expected to put towels on the floor in order to get new ones. Don't over wash. Carnival corporation is awash in environmental violations already and on probation for the same. Here's a question, are you going to switch lines next year when they start serving Pepsi?
