Review summary

I was very disappointed with this ship and Carnival. I have cruised with Celebrity and Carnival can not compete with their food, service, entertainment and boat at all. In order for my underage kids to get a soda they had to go to a bar there was no other way.

bathrooms were always dirty, layout is horrible have to go through stage rooms to get to front of the boat and kids clubs.

I was on legend a few months ago. Had a wonderful time. The food in the main dining room Was great. The food on the buffet line was typical of most buffets. We did not smell any noxious smells. The ship was clean and people Were always cleaning no matter where we went on the ship. I’m hard of hearing yet even I could hear and understand every crew member that I asked for directions and at Cetera. My fourth cruise is on the sistership to legend… Miracle. The only sad thing about that is it’s 127 days away.

Seems like cruising is not for you a few issues with this review!! Misery keeps themselves entertained so you where in good company🤷‍♀️we have been on the Legend a few times .. and never experienced the drama you say you had if you can’t be happy on vacation then best you save your money and stay home .. bye 👋

We were in the same sailing. Perhaps you should have left your cabin? I found the activities to be lacking, but the ship was clean and all the staff was friendly. The ship is older and has a weird layout. But literally every time we were in any area, there was someone cleaning. I never went into a single dirty bathroom. Debarkation was probably the only thing that was a mess.

BTW: according to my DH (a physician). It takes 72 hours to get food poisoning. So if your DH had it the first day, he didn’t get it on the ship. Sounds like Carnival is not for you. Enjoy your next cruise on Celebrity.

Was on the same cruise and after 20 cruises and on Legend 4 times I do have to agree about the ship being run down and the food service being poor and food being served cold. We do find that the shows have gone down hill with little or no changes in content other then most of the talent being of very low grade. It appears that if the music is blasting and the singers volume turned on high and the lights behind the singers flashing in the audiences eyes the audience can’t see the miscues. That said we had no trouble communicating with any of the crew which seemed to always speak and greet us. Our cabin was always clean and our balcony was actually cleaned three times in seven days. When going to the kids clubs we never had to go through any other areas but the hallways that took us there. All in all we had a good cruise.
