Awesome Cruise

Sail Date: October 23, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was beautiful and small enough to be managable. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Pros: Food

Cons: Paying for workouts, not going to ports on itinerary due to hurricane

Recommends Carnival Legend? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Great rooms -- don't purchase an "obstructed view" though from your balcony. We did and the life boats are right in front of your view.
Ship Quality
Great -- I loved the ship. It was beautiful and big enough to be comforable but small enough to manage.
Food and Dining
The food was awesome -- especially the chocolate melting pot. Where did the smoked salmon go on the breakfast buffet?
Service and Staff
No complaints -- very professional and nice.
Entertainment
Liked the shows more than all of the Karokee. Wished there were more comedians, magicians and hypnotists. That was fun.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Did not go due to hurricane!
Belize City, Belize
Wanted to go on a shore excursion but it was cancelled due to hurricane --no comment!
Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
Did not go due to hurricane!
Cozumel, Mexico
Went there while they were getting ready for Hurricane Rina -- no comments!
