Review SummaryThis was our first Carnival Cruise and we were pleasantly surprised, having heard negative things about this cruise line. The ship was beautiful, although a little gawdy, but was very comparable in service and amenities to the other cruise lines we have been on. The food however was not as good as we have had on other ships. The buffets were just fine, but the main dining room was a bit disappointing- most of the beef dishes were tough.
Ports of Call
Don't Miss: You need to get out of the city to enjoy anything about Belize
Don't Miss: Get out to a beach- we heard they were beautiful
Don't Miss: The ruins at Tulum
Don't Miss: the semi-sub tour was well worth it
Pros: The ship's staff was excellent, especially cruise director, Jen. She was awesome!
Cons: The food in the main dining room was just average
