The people that cleaned the rooms did a wonderful job and were very friendly. The people in the dining room were very friendly but did not seemed well trained. I base this off past experiences. If you wanted something other than water it was hit or miss.

Bed was not that comfortable, nor were the pillows. The service was excellent.
