7 Night Exotic Western Caribbean (Tampa Roundtrip)
Sail Date: June 15, 2008
Ship: Carnival Legend
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Family (older children)
Reviewed: 9 years ago
The ship was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly. Before we left, we found out that one of our rooms was moved away from the other three rooms without asking us or even informing us. Carnival blamed BJ's and BJ's blamed Carnival but we were the ones who suffered. Nobody was willing to do anything for us to make it up to us even though Robyn Smiley at BJ's promised to make it right. In the end, she never even got back to us. Next time I will book my vacation through a real person instead of a big company that doesn't care about me.

Loved the bright blue water and the dolphin swim.

The rainforest and tubing excursion was great.

Pros: The beautiful blue water in Cozumel

Cons: They moved one of our rooms without our knowledge and nobody will take resposibility.

Recommends Carnival Legend? No.
