The Legend is truly the best all around ship we have been on. It's just not excellent in any one category.

Food and Dining

We typically only eat in the Dining Room 3 or 4 nights on a 7 day cruise. All four nights the food was cold, boring, edthe staff overwork and rushed. We just could not figure the poor service.

Carnival as an organization is too big and has forgotten about it's clients. It's all about their rules and what you can and can't do. The staff is more inclined to stand around and discuss there issues then make a pleasurable cruise.

Little over designed, but still a very nice clean ship

We had a suite with a wrap around balcony and spend a lot of time there very nice accomadations. There is plenty of room on this ship to do what you are inclined to do.

Belize City, Belize

Wish we would have rented a car or taken a private tour. Carnival discourages it. We left the shopping area to find great areas to walk and explore. Great people the Belizean's

Carnival's trip packages are way to expensive. We like to go on our own and carnival refuse's to help. Rained all day in Colon. I guess that's why there call it a rain forest.

Don't Miss: Miss the port during rainy season

12 inches of rain, all tours cancelled. The ship's captain knew this and didn't take us out to sea or somewhere else. Oh yea that's right, it's Carnival's rules.
