I was disappointed that Carnival didn't acknowledge my birthday in a single jester. In the past (Mardi Gras) I was given spa credit, a card signed by staff, birthday greeting on a dinner dessert and a photo album keepsake. Jubilee did absolutely nothing. I even asked guess services if I was comped or gifted anything that I missed. I was told, nope, it's random.

The port traffic flow is horrible however (not Carnival's fault other than multiple ships at the same time. Galveston is constantly doing road construction on or off island.

Casino was overcrowded! They are completely understaffed for servers in the casino bar. We didn't move from a machine multiple times and didn't see a single server in over 2 hours.

I really enjoyed the large (sitting room) ocean view window. I like the glass shower door. There's ample storage for 2 people.
Appreciate your detailed feedback. Celebrating your birthday on a cruise is the best way to celebrate. Sorry Carnival didn’t do anything special for you. We’ve noticed a cutback on these as well. Glad you enjoyed your birthday cruise.
I did get a beautiful cake from Rudy's Seafood Grill on my birthday. I remember the card from the spa but have not seen them for a few years now. Maybe due to budget cuts. Thanks for your review.
