Review summary

I had a great time on the cruise. Even though there were over 6,000 people onboard it didn't feel crowded at all. There was always available seating on the Lido.

Embarkation wasn't bad at all. We were allowed in the terminal around 9:30 however we did not board until around 11:30 due to the ribbon cutting ceremony so the guest area was crowded.

I've had better food on other ships. There wasn't a wide variety of desserts like on other ships. I wasn't impressed with the free specialty restaurants.

I didn't like the spa set up. The hearing chairs were on the same area as the hot tub. The hot tub wasn't even hot. Not enough heated chairs for the size of the ship.

Poorly designed. The theater is not big enough for the amount of people on the ship. The center stage area is not big enough for the amount of people on the ship. In order to see the full screen or the performance you have to sit in the front or the upper deck or watch the TV screen

Cabin / Stateroom

Spa cabin. The bathroom is smaller than bathrooms on other ships.

If you want a good seat at a show get there early.

Thanks for the review! We’ve all been patiently awaiting lol. We cruise on her in May and can’t wait. We’ve cruised on the Mardi Gras and loved it (and we too never got to ride Bolt). We felt the same about the food on the Mardi Gras except we loved the BBQ place and it was free on that ship - I think on the Jubilee it’s extra? We love Carnival, but if I’m honest, I do wish they had higher quality food. Still, I know we will love the Jubilee!
