We were spoiled by CArnival pride we will continue to travel with cArnival but probably not this ship

Embarkation

Embarkation was wonderful mainly because we had a suite and were viewed as priority! Our room was ready but I wish we were able to have our bags as well that should be the point of being priority!

Food was ok..... sadly the pride was better from the pizza to the sandwichs And the buffet! Guys burgers was by far the best as usual! I am upset that after a certain time room service is no longer free :-( very upsetting.

Very poor service our first two days on ship we loved out waiter Alegandro but we went back on night 3 abd 4 and had horrible service as well as horible food, the wait staff never even introduced us and we barely saw them!

A cruise the week of valentines day should have had more couples or romance focused actives such as dance classes etc.....

Loved Cam the cruise director he was AMAZING the shows were great loved the love abd marriage and hasbro game show!

My husband and I went to the build a bear workshop and made bears for our munchkins.

Cam was amazing, Alegandro in main dining was amazing, our room attendent was surprisingly pretty blah .

There was a broken glass window on the 9th floor i believe where the pictures were, The main elevators were not in service and the elevators closer to cabins were extremly slow.

For a jr suite the balcony was extremly small we couldnt even sit on the balcony because the chairs were a perfect fit but not for our legs.
