Review summary

AM retired military and think I should have received a military credit. Although I received an incentive cabin credit, it was divided between me and my roommate even though I paid for the entire cruise.

Arrived at 2:30 and there was no one to take my suitcase. Needed a wheelchair and they wouldn't allow me to take my suitcase on my lap. Worried they it would make it on the ship.

Had sewer gas in room. Ships staff tried spray which didn't work. I figured out I needed to pour water down down the drains and this fixed the problem. Staff didn't know how to fix it. Liked safes that allow you to lock or unlock with a code and not a card. When 2 people share a room, only one person can open or lock the safe.
