Finally got to Catalina

It was charming and laid back and the weather was perfect.  Last year it was too rough for us to be tendered so we weren't able to go ashore.  We dropped off our rental car at Hertz a few blocks away and they were nice enough to shuttle us to the ship.  Due to the small size of the ship and the port, boarding and disembarking were a breeze.  We always enjoy the food and entertainment, which don't vary that much among the other Carnival ships we've been on.
