Review summary
Overall it was a decent cruise for a short one.
Pros: The shows were good and always started on time. The food was good and most of the staff were very nice. The cruise was very smooth and none of us got seasick. I didn't even need any Dramamine or anything else.
Cons: Our room somewhat smelled like a toilet off and on. It seemed like the smell might have been coming from the vent. My girls were in the room next door and they didn't have the smell in their room. Not sure what the hold up was to get off the ship, but it took hours for us to be called and everything on the ship was closed so all you could do is sit and wait. Some of the staff was cranky and seemed to need a vacation themselves. We had a toddler at the table next to us at each dinner that cried off and on throughout all 3 dinners. There was only one ice cold pool for everyone on the ship. The water was so cold that all the kids were in the spas.
Next time I would try a different cruise line as I'm not into partying and there was a lot of that going on and tons of children. We just tried this one as we had a first time cruiser with us that wasn't sure about being on a ship.
